Do you offer Afterpay Online?

Of course we do!!! Shop Now. Take Now. Pay it in 4. 

How does Afterpay work?

Pay for your order in four equal fortnightly payments.  Your order will be shipped now.  No Interest.  No additional fees, when you pay on time.

Simply select Afterpay as your payment method upon checkout.  You will be redirected to the Afterpay page where you either log in or create an account with Afterpay.  Follow the prompts and your goods will be on their way!! Easy :)

How soon can I pick up my order if I'm eligible for this at check out?

This will vary depending on how soon you require the pick up, if anyone is home or if an alternative arrangement is able to be made to meet your desired time frame.  Please contact Zed Aesthetics via e-mail (hello@zedaesthetics.com.au) or social media direct messaging PRIOR to completing a 'Free PICK UP' order if the goods are required urgently to avoid any discrepancies.  Please refer to our 'Shipping Policy' at the footer of this page under 'Quick Links' for more details.

When will my order be dispatched?

We strive to get your goods to you ASAP and sent off within the first 24 - 48 hours, however please allow 1-3 days for dispatch.  You will be notified once your goods have been sent.  

I have sensitive skin, are any of these products going to react or cause irritation?

All the skin care product ranges we have carefully selected are either all natural and/or organic and contain no nasty chemicals or toxins.  However we can not GUARANTEE each individuals outcome to how their skin will respond.  Always do a test patch first.  If you are unsure and don't wish to purchase full size please go to manufacturer sites to purchase SAMPLE SIZES .  We can not predict the outcome or take any responsibility for each individuals reactions with the products nor can we offer refunds or returns for opened or used products.  We may at times have some sample sizes of products available for purchase on website.

Are all your products VEGAN?

Not all of the products we have selected from our suppliers are Vegan however a large majority of them are.  It will generally state in the product descriptions if a product is deemed vegan or if it contains anything such as beeswax.  

TREATMENTS/SERVICES FAQS

Can I book appointments for treatments and pay online?

At this stage all payments for treatments will be made in person.    

Is there a deposit required for your treatments/services?

The first consultation to see if you are eligible for your treatment and to go over things in person is FREE. 

A deposit for service fees will be required if you opt to have a payment plan.  These details can be provided at consultation or through previous enquiries/correspondence.

Do you provide payment plans for treatments/services?

Yes you will have 2 payment plan options if required.

1. Salon Pay (provided by Afterpay) - 4 even payments fortnightly 

2. My Health & Beauty payment solutions - Longer or shorter term plans to suit individual. 

- Further T&C's on plans will be discussed either prior to or during consultation if required.
